The Melville Woodturners are a member of the Woodturners Association and Western Australia, a not-for-profit organisation, that was formed by a group of 18 woodturning hobbyists in August 1985 and has since grown to approximately 500 members, within 12 groups, spread across Perth’s suburbs and the State’s Southwestern region. The following information may assist you in getting to know how we operate.
Melville Hosts several interest groups such as the Scrollsawers and the Segmenters. A major community contribution made by us is to make Christmas gifts for children from disadvantaged families.
